JERUSALEM: Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Hosseini Khamenei is dead following a devastating joint military operation launched by the United States and Israel.

Amit Segal, chief political analyst at Israel’s N12 News, reported that senior officials were informed of the dictator's elimination after his body was recovered from the ruins of his palace.

Documentation of the recovery has reportedly been presented to the Israeli Prime Minister, marking the end of one of the modern world’s longest-serving dictatorships.

The confirmation follows a high-stakes night of "major combat operations" announced by President Donald Trump.

While Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi initially claimed both Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian were alive, Israeli Ambassador Yechiel Leiter has since informed US officials that the Supreme Leader was killed during the targeted strike on his compound.

Trump vows defense through devastating force

President Trump stated the primary objective of the mission is to defend the American people by eliminating "imminent threats" from the Iranian regime.

Describing the leadership in Tehran as a "vicious group of very hard, terrible people," the President promised that America is backing the effort with "overwhelming strength and devastating force."

Following the conclusion of military operations, Trump called on the Iranian people to "take over" their government. The administration’s stance remains that the Iranian regime's sustained nuclear ambitions and support for terrorism required this decisive kinetic response to ensure regional and Western security.

Netanyahu envisions new era of freedom

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the joint operation has created the necessary conditions for the "brave Iranian people to take their fate into their own hands."

He emphasized that the time has come for all ethnic groups within the nation, including Persians, Kurds, Azeris, Baloch, and Ahwazis, to cast off the "yoke of tyranny."

Netanyahu’s vision for a post-Khamenei Iran involves restoring freedom and "peace-loving values."

The Prime Minister believes that dismantling the current power structure is the only way to end nearly five decades of existential threats against Israel and the United States.

Diplomatic reports confirm regime's collapse

Israeli Ambassador to Washington Yechiel Leiter reportedly confirmed the death to US officials, citing sources with direct knowledge of the strike's outcome.

This intelligence contradicts earlier Iranian state claims that the leadership had survived the "Lion's Roar" offensive.

As documentation of the Supreme Leader's death circulates among top allies, the focus has shifted to the impending collapse of the remaining regime infrastructure.

The administration continues to monitor the situation closely as the Iranian people are urged to seize this moment of transition.
