Khloe Kardashian feels ‘inspired’ by Lauren Sanchez as she attends her star-studded book launch party

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Khloe Kardashian, like a true friend, hyped Lauren Sanchez during her book launch party.

The soon-to-be Mrs Jeff Bezos has written a children’s book, titled ‘The Fly Who Flew to Space’, and the 40-year-old media personality along with her older sister, Kim, and mother Kris Jenner, supported her, as per the Daily Mail.

Taking to Instagram, Khloe Kardashian shared pictures from the lunch party, hosted by Kris Jenner, as she wrote, “Congratulations @laurenwsanchez on your book, ‘The Fly Who Flew To Space’. Inspired by her childhood battle with dyslexia and a lifelong love of flying.”

“This book is an inspiring and imaginative story that sparks curiosity and imagination while at the same time, it encourages us all to shoot for the stars,” she stated.

The mother of six-year-old True, and Tatum, 2, added, “Thank you for being vulnerable and for creating a book that will allow other children to feel seen.”

‘The Fly Who Flew to Space’ follows Flynn, a fly who struggles in school, but finds her passion in space.

Other women supporting Sanchez, 54, were photo coach Elena S Blair, October Gonzalez, Victoria Trilling, Co-CEO Baby2Baby Kelly Sawyer, stylist Jamie Mizrahi, and entrepreneur Tina Chen Craig.

Lauren Gonzalez also took to her social media to share, “What a fun day celebrating our girl and her new book 'The Fly Who Flew to Space!' Such a great message for kids to push through boundaries and have the courage to chase their dreams.”

Sanchez also posted photos from the event as she noted, “I’ve learned so much during the launch of my book and that includes knowing the importance of good friends. Women who scoot over and make room for other women to ‘have a seat at the table'."

“Women who uplift each other. Thank you @krisjenner for hosting this beautiful lunch with all the girls to support @theflywhoflew. What a special afternoon, I’m over the moon!” she asserted.

Jeff Bezos and Sanchez went public with their relationship in 2019. The pair eventually got engaged in May 2023.

Kim Kardashian's daughter North West has dyslexia

This comes after Kim Kardashian's daughter North West, 11, revealed her dyslexia diagnosis in a TikTok post in 2023.

She reportedly said, “Guys, I have dyslexia. Do you even know what that is?”

But she was rebuked by her mother, who added, “Northie, you sure are spilling the tea on here. You are just saying way too much. I purposely don't talk about stuff that you are going through.”

However, recently, the SKIMS founder re-shared a clip of Sanchez, speaking on ‘The View’ about her children's book and her own dyslexia issue.

“I'm reposting this not bc she's my friend and I love her, but because every mom who has struggled with their kids with dyslexia or any learning difference needs to hear that it will be okay,” Kim mentioned.
