LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Mom of four Kim Kardashian didn't hold back while discussing her recognizable voice in a recent interview with Chloe Sevigny for Variety’s Actors on Actors.

Kim Kardashian and Chloe Sevigny discuss reality star's acting career

While discussing the importance of fashion to get into character with Chloe Sevigny, Kim shared her preparation for her acting career.  She mentioned, "The one preparation tip that I got from an acting coach is never bring your phone on set. I was like, ‘Can it be in the trailer? Where does the set start?"

Sevigny in turn discussed the challenges of taking on an accent and truly becoming a character. She said, "I do find accents very challenging. “I’ve done accents before and have been asked to then drop them. So now I’m super in my head about it and really paranoid that I’m just bad at them. I don’t want to use the word nuts, but her accent’s pretty nuts. Are you going to do an accent?" Sevigny has previously taken on an Irish accent for the TV show 'Hit & Miss' and a Boston tone while playing author CZ Guest for 'Feud.'

Kim Kardashian calls her own voice 'distinct and annoying’

Kardashian, who has appeared in 'The Paw Patrol' movies and hosted 'Saturday Night Live', said, "I would be open to it, especially because I find my voice is so just distinct and annoying."

Sevigny reassured her, saying "Don’t we all find our voices annoying? But yeah, because people know you -- I mean, they know the way you move, the way you talk, because you’ve been on camera for so long."

In another part of the conversation, Kardashian discussed her late father, Robert Kardashian, who represented OJ Simpson in his murder trial, and her appreciation for Ryan Murphy's 2016 series 'The People v OJ Simpson: American Crime Story', which Murphy produced.

She "loved" the show, where her father was portrayed by David Schwimmer, and watched it to see if her memories aligned with the portrayal. "I thought it was done so well," Kardashian said.

"I remember asking Ryan, who were your sources? Because that was my dad’s exact bracelet. That was our home. They actually rented the home that we grew up in at that period of time. Little things were wrong, but minimal. But it was just fascinating to watch and see it from a different perspective, especially now, since I’m in law school," Kardashian added, "Seeing it from a legal point of view is just fascinating."
