LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian's relaunched makeup brand SKKN might grow into a family enterprise.

The entrepreneur is amenable to the possibility of involving her children, North West, 10, Saint West, 8, Chicago West, 6, and Psalm West, 4, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Kanye West, in her brand in the future.

In an interview with Bustle, Kim discussed whether or not she would let her children work for the company in the future. She stated, "I think that they will have their own ideas of what they want to do. And if one of 'em wants to take it over, they gladly can."

"I would love them to be involved, but I also want them to do whatever makes them happy. And that could be totally not in the beauty business and that would be OK with me," added 'The Kardashians' star.

Launched in June 2022, SKKN by Kim is a joint venture between Kim and Coty, a publicly traded beauty corporation that paid $200 million for a 20 percent ownership in her previous makeup and fragrance organization, KKW Beauty, as per E! News.

Besides her million-dollar beauty brand, Kim also founded the shapewear brand SKIMS.

Kim does not expect her children to pursue business careers

Kim earlier revealed that she wants the best for her four children irrespective of what they choose as their future occupations.

The reality TV actress talked about managing her career in business on 'Mavericks with Mav Carter' in December. She said that she does not necessarily expect her kids—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—to follow in her footsteps, as per PEOPLE Magazine.

When asked if she would be a mother like her famous "momager," Kris Jenner, Kim replied, "I want them to do whatever makes them happy."

She continued by pondering on how the interests of North and Saint were beginning to take shape. "I already see what they're into and like the creative energy from them and I kind of can tell maybe where my two older ones are going to go," remarked Kim.

"North, for sure, feels like a creative. Saint feels like a creative," noted the SKIMS founder.

"The little ones, Chicago and Psalm? If you ask Psalm what he wants to do, he wants to be like a truck driver or anything with a truck," further stated Kim, adding, "That's like been his Halloween costume for like three years."

Referring to her younger daughter Chicago as "just a princess," Kim noted that she doesn't know what she will become in the future.

"But I definitely see it in North," continued 'The Kardashians' star, noting, "And I think that I won’t ever push her to do anything. It’s whatever she finds her passion in. ... It's more about what she cares about."

Kim told Carter that this perspective stems from her wish to protect North and her other children from all attacks, understanding the difficulties of growing up in the spotlight.

"I grew up so normal, not in the fame world. I couldn't even imagine," remarked the entrepreneur, continuing, "I want to make sure I can protect her as much as I can, with her parents being who they are."

North hinted in October 2023 that she would like to take over her mother's shapewear business along with Kanye's apparel and shoe lines. She stated to i-D magazine at the time, "One day I want to own Yeezy and SKIMS. And I want to be a business owner."
