Kristen Stewart ties the knot with Dylan Meyer in intimate LA ceremony with friends and family

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer are officially married! According to reports, the ‘Twilight’ actress tied the knot with her screenwriter fiancee in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles over the weekend. 

As reported by TMZ, which also published photos from the nuptials, the much-in-love pair said “I do” at their Los Angeles home on Sunday, April 20, and which was attended by the couple’s friends, including Ashley Benson and her husband, Brandon Davis.

The outlet further reported that prior to their romantic marriage ceremony, the couple obtained their marriage license from a courthouse in Los Angeles last Tuesday.

Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer’s marriage came more than three years after the ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ actress revealed on a November 2021 episode of ‘The Howard Stern Show’ that they were engaged. 

Stewart shared with Stern, “I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted,” and noted that the ‘XOXO’ screenwriter complied with her wishes. 

“And, you know, she nailed it. It was really cute. She did very well," gushed the actress, before sharing, "And we're marrying. It's happening," per E! News.

She also shared during the interview back in 2021 that she wanted to spend her wedding day in Los Angeles so that she could spend it with her loved ones. 

"I want to stay home. Like, I want to be in LA so everyone can come," continued the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ actress, and added, "And, you know, I want it to be pretty chill. Like, I don't want anyone walking anyone down any aisles. Like, we're just going to, like, stand and, like, do vows and f**king party after. It's kind of just a great excuse to, like, get together and say, like, 'I love you' in front of all your friends."  

During the same time, she opened up about her relationship with Meyer, and told Today, "I feel so lucky," before adding, "It's so nice to know something in this world. I know I'm so surely happy. I'm so stoked."

The ‘Spencer’ actress and her spouse first met in 2013, but didn’t start dating until 2019, following Stewart’s breakup with her ex-girlfriend Stella Maxwell.

The actress previously opened up about the possibility of welcoming children with Dylan Meyer last year. 

Speaking to Rolling Stone, she shared, “I don’t know what my family’s going to look like, but there’s no f**king way that I don’t start acquiring kids.”

“And also, ideally at some point soon I go, ‘I want to have a kid.’ I really want that to happen,” shared the star who reportedly discussed the possibility of carrying each other’s embryos with Meyer. 

She, however, admitted, “I’m not scared of being pregnant. I’m not scared of having a kid,” before confessing, “But I’m so f**king scared of childbirth, it’s crazy.”
