"Take a little refresh and then I'll be reenergized and ready to get back out there," she told E! News.
Inside Kristin Cavallari's issues surrounding her relationships
During a previous episode on her 'Let's Be Honest' podcast streamed in December 2023, Cavallari said, "I've had two major narcissistic relationships in my life, the romantic one I was in and then my dad."
"I just finally stopped talking in both of those relationships. There was no point. You go around and around and they never see your side because there's no empathy," the 36-year-old added.
In April 2020, the former couple who share young children, 11-year-old Camden, nine-year-old Jaxon, and eight-year-old Saylor announced their divorce.
She soon announced her decision to leave reality TV in the following month in May 2020, a decision she says she does not regret.
"Life is really good," Cavallari now reflects on her decision taken four years ago.
"I feel like I'm just on cruise control. Like, I'm just allowing life to happen. I'm having fun. I'm mostly just mom, and I'm working on my podcast. I'm happy," she added of her present life.

'The Hills' alum disclosed that she will not be returning back to her reality TV days as she shared that it is no longer a fit for her.
"No, I'm very happy," the actress said on the red carpet for Dolly Parton's Pet Gala.
She further noted that her podcast 'Let's Be Honest' is enough to keep her busy. "I feel like the podcast is a nice way to stay connected to my audience without it offering up all that stress that comes with doing a reality show," said Cavallari.
"And it's on my terms, so I can talk about what I want to talk about. So, it's the best of both worlds for me," she added.
Cavallari has appeared on 'Laguna Beach' spinoff 'The Hills' with her then-husband Jay Cutler.
