Kyle Richards blames Mauricio Umansky for not making time for her
The 55-year-old socialite claimed that for Umansky, his work has become more important than her and the family.
“I almost feel like he thinks 'give Kyle some time and she'll get over it and she'll be fine', but I'm telling him … it's a lot more than that,” Richards shared, before asserting, “We need help.”
The mother-of-four explained, “So I'm like, if we're having these issues, why can't you give [me] that energy?” and she went on to say, “I've supported him through everything since day one when he had nothing.”
Richards also revealed that she told her 53-year-old husband that “we are in trouble and I need you to work through this with me, I needed to feel like I was a priority and we were a priority.”
“If there’s no effort made or put into us, we’re not going to end up together. We’ll never survive this,” she added.
The pair admitted to ‘have had a rough year’
This came after in July 2023, the duo shared a statement, reading, “In regards to the news that came out about us today … Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year.”
“The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately,” they wrote.
Then a few months later, the founder of The Agency reportedly said, “Kyle and I are human beings. We have emotions, we have feelings, and we’re going through a really hard time.”
He added, “We are currently separated. We are not talking about divorce. We’re trying to deal with this stuff internally, with ourselves, privately.”
