Since it was Chalamet's big night, Jenner appeared thrilled to take pictures of her beau at the star-studded event, but according to body language expert Judi James, the moment made the KHY founder appear like a "tourist or fan," as reported by The Mirror.

'Emilia Perez's significant win at the 82nd annual Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills was a night of Hollywood glamour. Among other things, actor Timothee Chalamet and girlfriend Kylie Jenner turned the event into a date night.

The duo shared many adorable moments together, but one in particular caught the attention of fans when the Kylie Cosmetics CEO was spotted using a disposable camera to snap a photo of Chalamet.

"This is an unusual ritual that makes Kylie look like a tourist or fan taking a cheeky pic of Timothee while he's in conversation across her," body language expert Judi James told the Mirror.

She said, "It's more usual to snap a selfie at moments like this but even then, it would look more polite for her to avoid interrupting the conversation he's having. It does hint that she might be trying to draw his attention back onto her here."

James noted that the 'Wonka' star did not stop to pose and that he felt a little uncomfortable being photographed up close.

"He seems to try to ignore the camera and carry on what looks like a keen and engaged chat, but his chin turns slightly away from the camera rather than colluding by smiling into the lens," James said.

Chalamet recently sidestepped a question about Jenner at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards, further obscuring the couple's romance.

When he was asked by a reporter for Entertainment Tonight, “You have a lot of supporters in here. I know you brought your partner-in-crime, Kylie, here, too. What’s it like to have her supporting you on a night like this?” he replied, "It's a great feeling to be in a room with so much love and support, so many great peers. And people that are fantastic and I like seeing the new wave and the new generation here. And I also like seeing everyone that has been holding it down for decades plus."

Kylie Jenner dazzled during the Golden Globes ceremony in a silver Versace dress that was cut low. Timothee Chalamet was even spotted kissing her once and putting his hand on her leg and back during the evening.

However, their relationship is being questioned by critics after the 'Complete Unknown' actor was "not even talking to her" at the star-studded ceremony, per The Express.

The duo sat next to Dakota and Elle Fanning at the Golden Globes. Several individuals examined Jenner and Chalamet's relationship when a video of one of his conversations with the actress went viral.

The reality star sat between the two, but it seemed like she was taking pictures of her boyfriend rather than adding anything to the conversation. "This is so embarrassing, he’s not even talking to her," a person wrote on Reddit.

Another commented, "I cannot believe there are people who actually believe this is a real couple."

"EXACTLY! He doesn’t even look at her once in the video, most people would at least glance at their gf taking a picture of them, he just seems over it at this point," chimed in one.

Jenner and Chalament attended the Golden Globes for the second time. She supported him at the award event in 2024 when he received a nomination for Best Performance by a Male Actor for his performance in 'Wonka'.
