LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Details of late rapper Oliver Tree's 2024 will have emerged months after his untimely death.

The rapper was 32 when he died in a helicopter crash in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on June 14 alongside five others, Argentine YouTuber Gaspar Prim "Gaspi," Lucas A Vignale, Lucas Brito Chaves, and two pilots, Alexandre Souza and Charles Marsillac.

TMZ has now reported details of his will, citing court documents.

Tree reportedly asked his family not to sell his eclectic art collection, including his “iconic wardrobe, the world’s biggest scooter, the bull quad, all music props/installations, touring props and gear, video storyboards, concept art, fashion designs, runway looks, paintings, podcast props etc.”

He also instructed them to launch a nonprofit in his name.

Oliver Tree planned handwritten will instructions

According to the publication, the late singer's father, Jesse Nickell III, has asked the court to appoint him as the administrator of his son's trust after being nominated by Tree himself.

Court records revealed that the record producer had planned to write a handwritten note for the administrator explaining how to distribute his assets, including bank accounts, clothing and jewelry, all rights to his music, and his interests in various companies.

However, it remains unclear whether he completed the note before his tragic death.

Oliver Tree's nonprofit to support artists

Tree also directed that a nonprofit called Dr Oliver Tree’s Extremely Epic Art Grant for Geniuses be established to provide grants to people working in music, film, installation, and performance art projects. Its initial board members will include the songwriter's parents, family members, and friends.

This comes after reports emerged following the June 14 tragedy that Tree had spoken about death and his will during an interview.

Tree appeared on an episode of ‘The Zach Sang Show’ podcast in April, where he said, “I don't believe that any of the wealth or the things that get made from it is

mine. So when I die, I've set it up, my will is set up that when I pass, my family, no one's going to get a penny.”

“If I have a wife or kids or anything, [they're] not getting a single penny,” before adding, “I'll get my kids through college. That's the agreement. But there's not going to be a silver spoon,” the ‘Miss You’ hitmaker stated, before adding, “They're taken care of because my dad worked on some stuff in the 2000s. The idea is, when I die, all the money is going to go back to artists.”
