PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Conservative activist Laura Loomer on Wednesday, December 24, sharply criticized a group of right-wing figures she described as the "Woke Right," accusing them of undermining Vivek Ramaswamy’s expected bid for Ohio governor.

Loomer’s comments followed the circulation of a viral video featuring white nationalist Nick Fuentes, who urged supporters to vote against Ramaswamy and also backed a Democratic candidate.

Loomer argued that such calls amounted to an effort to weaken President Donald Trump’s political agenda by discouraging Republican support in a key state-level race.

Posting on X, Loomer reshared Fuentes’ video, in which he called on conservatives to oppose Ramaswamy’s campaign.

"Glad the Woke Right is having a mask off moment to tell people to make Ohio blue before 2026 and 2028," Loomer wrote.

She said that the comments reflected what she described as deliberate attempts to sabotage Republican electoral prospects.

"This is sabotage of the Trump agenda and an effort to elect more Democrats to help obstruct the rest of President Trump’s agenda," Loomer added.

Nick Fuentes retaliates after Vivek Ramaswamy's callout

The dispute escalated earlier this week after Ramaswamy publicly criticized Fuentes during a speech at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest and in a New York Times opinion column.

"If you believe… that H**ler was pretty f***ing cool, you have no place in the future of the conservative movement," Ramaswamy said, allegedly directly referencing Fuentes.

Following those remarks, Fuentes responded during a livestream by encouraging his audience to vote against Ramaswamy.

He told viewers to "vote for a protest candidate, vote for a Democrat… vote for anyone else," comments that Loomer cited as evidence of internal divisions on the right.

Laura Loomer targets Tucker Carlson and Heritage Foundation

Loomer also broadened her criticism to include other conservative figures and institutions.

Earlier this week, she criticized former Fox News host Tucker Carlson following backlash over his recent interview with Fuentes.

"He’s trying to have a hostile takeover of the GOP to destroy MAGA," Loomer wrote, accusing Carlson of amplifying fringe voices.

Loomer additionally criticized Kevin Roberts, president of the Heritage Foundation, after he defended Carlson’s decision to conduct the interview.

She predicted that the organization would face lasting reputational damage as a result of the controversy.
