Kate recently appeared on 'Lorraine' to launch the mental health campaign March4March, which encourages people to go outside and be active to boost their well-being.

She was drawn to the campaign because of the number four in its name, as she and Liam considered it their angel number.

The concept, dating back to Ancient Greece, attributes spiritual properties to numbers.

She has '444' tattooed on her hands in Liam's memory and often includes the number in her social media captions.

Kate Cassidy still struggles with Liam Payne’s death

During her interview with Lorraine Kelly, Kate Cassidy became emotional as she spoke about her grief, saying she still finds it difficult to refer to Liam Payne in the past tense.

"I find myself talking about him so much in the present tense. I don't feel the need to correct myself,"  Kate said.

"That's part of my healing journey: I'm still working on accepting that he's not here anymore. It almost stings that little bit more. It feels more official," she continued.
