Liam Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy reveals new angel wings tattoo two months after his tragic death
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Influencer Kate Cassidy revealed her new angel wings tattoo two months after the death of her boyfriend Liam Payne, The Irish Sun reported on Sunday, December 22.
The couple had been together for two years before the untimely death of the former One Direction singer at the age of 31. Payne suffered a fatal fall from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina in October.
Despite breakup rumors, Payne and Cassidy were dating and posting about their relationship at the time of his death, according to People. Cassidy, 25, had returned home to the United States only days ahead of the tragedy following their trip together.
Kate Cassidy's new tattoo
Left devastated by the tragic death of her boyfriend, Kate Cassidy has got a new tattoo in his memory. She uploaded a photograph on her Instagram Stories on Sunday to subtly show it off.
The picture shows the influencer lying on a bed and cuddling her dog, with a little heart emoji added on top.
However, eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot fresh inkings on her index and middle fingers. The design appeared to be an angel wing on each digit.
Fans made the connection to Payne as the tattoo came days after she paid tribute to her relationship with the singer-songwriter on the social media platform TikTok. Her tribute to Payne on Instagram back in October also had angel wings and the angel number 444 as the last picture in a photo carousel.
