Liam Payne's memorial 'respectfully relocated' by Wolverhampton council after singer's tragic death
WOLVERHAMPTON, ENGLAND: Liam Payne was remembered with flowers and other memorials placed at the Civic Center in Wolverhampton, following his tragic death in October, which the council has relocated elsewhere in the West Midlands city.
According to the city council, the shift has been made to make room for the memorial events that were initially planned for this weekend at the original location, per The Mirror.
The council said that they had "respectfully relocated" the emotive tributes to West Park's bandstand in anticipation of Remembrance ceremonies at the Cenotaph on Sunday and Monday.

The bandstand's heart-shaped floral dedications are depicted in a heartwarming photo that the council shared. Photos, handwritten comments, the flag of England, and balloons were nicely placed inside the heart as a tribute to the celebrity.
It chronicles a wave of emotion in Payne's hometown from One Direction supporters and those who wanted to honor the local youngster who became famous across the world.
