LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Madonna is living her best life with her new beau, Akeem Morris, who is nearly 40 years her junior.

At 66, the "Queen of Pop" is reportedly in complete control of the relationship with the 28-year-old Jamaican soccer player who moved to New York to attend Stony Brook University, as per sources.

Despite their age difference, Madonna and Akeen Morris appear inseparable. However, it seems their romance comes with some unique stipulations.

According to sources close to the couple, the 'Material Girl' singer has laid down a set of "strict rules" that Morris is expected to follow.

A source told Radar Online, "She's very strict. He's living in her place, and just because he's sharing her bed, doesn't mean he gets to sleep in it. She does, and he has to go to sleep and get up when she does, no matter what."

These rules extend even further into their daily routines, reportedly banning Akeem from watching sports or TV unless it's something Madonna has specifically chosen.

Despite the strict guidelines, the 28-year-old is said to be more than willing to comply, suggesting that their bond continues to grow stronger. 

While these rules might seem unusual, Madonna makes sure her partner feels appreciated, showering him with lavish gifts and arranging luxurious travel experiences.

According to Mirror, it's a relationship dynamic that seems to work well for both, as they enjoy the perks of Madonna's lifestyle while navigating her specific boundaries.

Their relationship developed quickly since their initial meeting in August 2022, during a photo shoot for Paper Magazine.

At that time, Madonna was not romantically involved with Morris, as she was dating boxing coach Josh Popper throughout 2023, a relationship that ended earlier this year.

Following her split from Popper, rumors of her new romance with Morris began to emerge.

Madonna celebrates 66th birthday in Italy with Akeem Morris

The couple recently celebrated Madonna's 66th birthday in Italy, where they were joined by her family and close friends. The celebration was a stylish affair, marked by a glamorous photoshoot featuring the singer dressed in Dolce & Gabbana.

The pair was seen exploring Pompeii's Teatro Grande and meeting with teenagers involved in the 'Dream of Flying' community project, a testament to Madonna’s continued commitment to philanthropy.

Madonna appeared visibly fatigued while navigating the cobbled streets of Terracina on August 20, leaning on Morris after a long day of sightseeing.

For their evening stroll, the 'Popular' singer wore a black lace outfit as she and Morris explored the architectural wonders of Terracina Alta under the night sky.

The couple was joined by Madonna's 11-year-old twin daughters, Estere and Stella, as they took in the local sights.
