Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell requests sisters to plan her wedding in heartbreaking 'Family Crisis' preview

Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell wanted her sister to plan her wedding
Anna who is also the older sister of Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson had a question for her sisters Honey Boo Boo and Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird.
In an exclusive preview from the upcoming season of 'Mama June: Family Crisis', which will also document her final days, Anna reaches out to Pumpkin, saying, "Hey girl, I wanted to call you because I really, really, really need you to do something for me."
"I want you to plan my wedding," she added.
Despite initial surprise at the request, Pumpkin, 23, and Alana, 18, stood by Anna's decision to marry her then-longterm boyfriend Elridge Toney.
The cancer-stricken reality star who was the mother of 11-year-old Kaitlyn and 7-year-old Kylee from a prior relationship explained to her sisters about her decision.
"Well, me and Eldridge sat here and talked about this the other night, and the girls love him, and on top of this cancer situation, you know you never know what's going to happen. I start chemo on Monday. I think it's about time," Anna explained.
Understanding the significance of Anna's relationship with Elridge, Pumpkin said, "I do understand where Anna is coming from."
"Eldridge and she have been together for six plus years, and he's good to Anna's two kids. So if marrying Eldridge is what gets her through the next phase, I'm all for it," she said in a confessional.
"You're gonna get a dress, I'll make sure of that. You got you the best set of wedding planners in town," Pumpkin promised Anna over the phone.
Alana Thompson described sister Anna Cardwell as 'a fighter'
Ten months after her diagnosis of stage 4 adrenal carcinoma, Anna died on December 9, 2023.
Alana shared a touching tribute to her late sister at the time as she wrote, "Last night we all surrounded Anna with love & let her know it was okay to go,"
"Unfortunately around 11 pm Anna took her last breath," the reality star captioned her post on December 10.

"I really don't know what to say as my heart is completely broken. Watching my 29-year-old sister this last year battle this horrible disease hasn't been easy. Anna was a fighter & still is."
"Lord please wrap your arms around her 2 babies & our family as the next couple of days will make this all a reality. I would've loved for you to get to see me graduate college but I know you will forever cheer me on in heaven!" she continued.
"We will all make sure your legacy lives on forever. And I promise to always make sure to celebrate our birthday like you never left!" she captioned the post that featured a picture of their family.
