Marjorie Taylor Greene's reporter BF Brian Glenn slammed for admitting he asks soft questions to Trump

WASHINGTON, DC: Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene's reporter boyfriend, Brian Glenn, revealed he asks soft questions to President Donald Trump during an interview with The Times.
Glenn, who serves as Real America’s Voice's chief White House correspondent, said that he asks questions that "highlight" the good Trump has done for the country as follow-ups to the harsher questions "legacy" reporters ask the president, according to Politico’s Playbook.
“I feel like my job as a conservative journalist is to ask questions that highlight the good things that he’s doing for this country — that a lot of the media outlets in there simply won’t ask.”@thetimes 🇬🇧https://t.co/YkO0ECl90e

Brian Glenn admits he asks soft questions to Donald Trump
In a The Times interview published on Friday, April 25, Brian Glenn said, "My job as a conservative journalist is to ask questions that highlight the good things that he’s doing for this country that a lot of the media outlets in there simply won’t ask."
His strategy was on full display when he asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky why he wasn't wearing a suit during a tense Oval Office meeting in February.

He asked Zelensky, "Why don't you wear a suit? You're at the highest level in this country's office and you refuse to wear a suit. Do you own a suit?" before adding, "A lot of Americans have problems, with you not respecting the dignity of this office."
Glenn said on Real America’s Voice a few days later that "sometimes you can judge a book by its cover" and that the Ukrainian president’s wardrobe obviously "reflected his attitude."

He told The Times, "That question was meant to really see how much respect he had for this country and the American people for funding his war."
In support of Glenn's line of questioning, Greene wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "I’m so proud of @briantv for pointing out that Zelensky has so much disrespect for America that he can’t even wear a suit in the Oval Office when he comes to beg for money from our President!!"

Glenn and Greene started dating in late October 2022, when the Daily Mail spotted them together in Rome, Georgia. At the time, the duo insisted that their relationship was professional as he was working on a documentary about her.
However, in an interview with Semafor a few months later, the Georgia congresswoman confessed about their relationship and said her new beau had been a "great resource" for dealing with the media, per the outlet.
She said, "He's from the industry, so he is a great resource. He's explained a lot, like how things work and yeah, it's great. So maybe I'm falling in love with the press."
Internet slams Brian Glenn for admitting he asks soft questions to Donald Trump
Netizens didn’t hold back after Brian Glenn shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) about his interview with The Times, highlighting his admission that he asks soft questions to Donald Trump.
One wrote, "Why don't you ask him why he wears a blue suit at Pope's funerals? Can't he afford a black suit?" while another added, "That's not journalism...that's sucking up."
A person took a jibe at him, writing, "You mean brilliant questions like 'Why aren’t you wearing a suit?'. You are a clown," whereas someone else added, "You are seen as a clown now."
One more remarked, "You are a special kind of stupid, aren’t you Cowboy?" while another person bluntly stated, "That’s not journalism, that’s propaganda."
