Mark Hamill slammed for mocking Lauren Boebert with reminder of 'Beetlejuice' incident
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Mark Hamill perceives a "win-win" scenario in the forthcoming Colorado election with Rep Lauren Boebert as a contender.
Hamill endorsed Democratic candidate John Padora before the election for Colorado's 4th congressional district in November by sarcastically reminding the voters of Boebert's theater groping and vaping incident that was caught on video last fall.
As Lauren campaigns for a Congressional seat in Colorado's new district and ahead of the state's primary races on June 25, Mark took to social media to mock her, following her opponent's attack ad that referenced her notorious 'Beetlejuice' date.
Mark Hamill suggested voters vote for John Padora
In a striking move, Congressional hopeful John Padora recorded his advertisement from the identical theater seat where Lauren was videotaped engaging inappropriately with Quinn Gallagher, leading to her removal from the musical, TMZ reported.
Mark suggested that voters should choose Padora over Lauren, describing him as the "far superior" candidate, and noted that a defeat would afford Boebert more leisure time to watch the entire show.
On his official X account, he wrote, "Hey Colorado- Please vote for John Padora. Not only is he the far superior candidate, but it will give his opponent plenty of free time to catch the ending of the #BeetlejuiceMusical she missed the first time. #WinWin"
