NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Megan Moroney brought the sparkle to the 58th annual CMA Awards at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 20, with her performance at the event.

However, her fans and people on the internet thought otherwise and believed that the singer struggled and her vocals were off as she performed 'Am I Okay?' during the Awards show, according to Whiskey Riff.

Nominated for three awards, Megan Moroney took the stage with 'Am I Okay?' from her latest album, released this summer, and seemed to struggle with her vocals during her performance.

She performed in a dazzling silver dress with a matching microphone and tall white boots to complete her stunning look. Moroney had the audience shouting the chorus as she jumped and spun around the stage, stopping only once to check her pulse, as she asked herself "Oh my God, am I OK?" per tradition.

In October, Moroney released a deluxe version of 'Am I Okay?' featuring three new tracks titled 'Break It Right Back', 'Bless Your Heart', and 'I’ll Be Fine'.

The singer is slated to kick off her headlining Am I Okay? Tour in early 2025.

Other artists who performed at this year's CMA Awards included Shaboozey, Jelly Roll, Brooks & Dunn, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, Dierks Bentley, Thomas Rhett, and Kelsea Ballerini, according to Buckeye Country 105.5.

Megan Moroney was awarded the New Artist of the Year trophy at the CMA Awards, and she did her best to hold back the tears. While accepting her statuette, she thanked her fans and said they are "a large reason of why I am up here right now," according to CNN.

She said, "The way they show up for me, the way they care about my songs and they make signs and t-shirts and they wait outside the venue starting at 3 am, it’s really insane to me. This means so much to me."

She also gave a special shoutout to her producer, Sugarland’s Kristian Bush, who worked on her two albums, 'Lucky' and 'Am I Okay?' and with whom she shares a full-circle connection.

She said, "Thank you for letting me be your intern at the University of Georgia so many years ago."
