Meghan Markle marked her daughter Lilibet’s fourth birthday with a surprising and entertaining social media post: a throwback video from four years ago showing her heavily pregnant and dancing to induce labor.

The clip, equal parts hilarious and cringeworthy, features Meghan twerking and twirling around a hospital delivery room to the viral hit Baby Mama by Starrkeisha, which includes the lyric, “I’ve been pregnant far too long.”

Prince Harry also makes a fun cameo, sliding across the screen and dancing alongside his wife. In the footage, Meghan, dressed in a black wrap dress, claps and moves to the beat while Harry, in jeans and a green hoodie, joins in with enthusiasm, especially during the line, “Drop it down, drop it down down low.”
