LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle has been accused of copying US President Donald Trump by a royal expert, who also alleged that the Duchess of Sussex wants the world to be all about her.

Mark Borkowski’s comments came after Markle recently launched her second podcast series, called ‘Confessions of a Female Founder’, as reported by The US Sun.

The new podcast is about the mother-of-two “getting advice and insights from a handful of amazing women who have scaled small ideas into successful companies.”

“These fly-on-the-wall conversations will no doubt inspire anyone who’s interested in turning their own entrepreneurial dreams into a reality and anyone else who just wants to hear what really happens behind the scenes,” as per Lemonada Media, which has produced the podcast.

‘It is all about noise’ for Meghan Markle as per Mark Borkowski

The first episode of the podcast, featuring Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, premiered on April 8, which is available on multiple platforms, like Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and other major audio platforms.

But it received widespread criticism with people claiming it provided “no substance”. Some even called out Herd for giving an “ego-fluffing conversation” and “vapid lessons in self-love”.

Borkowski also slammed it as he said, “One could argue that's a major success because, you know, it keeps her in this sort of public gaze and keeps the global media obsessed about her story.”

He continued, “Whether it's the President of the United States or Meghan Markle, it is all about noise now. But you know, what are the cut through messages - and I don't think we've seen that with Meghan at the moment because everything seems to be the next thing that's thrown against the wall hoping it will stick.”

Royal expert feels Meghan Markle is 'boring'

The expert also mentioned that getting famous in these times is not difficult but maintaining it is.

He explained. “Any large personality can generate a huge Instagram following. But how do you stop being boring?”

“What did Trump say? Everybody needs a little crazy. The problem is about staying, not just staying at the top but remaining famous, but also dealing with that fame in a highly cruel and critical world,” Borkowski added.

Taking a dig at Markle’s own business ventures, like her jam selling under new brand As Ever, the expert asserted, “You couldn't describe Meghan as a successful entrepreneur. She was a credit to the actress who marries the royal family, and the rest is history.”
