Meghan Markle exploded for 30 minutes at florist who vowed 'never to work with her again': Source
MONTECITO, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle is once again under fire for her work culture.
This time, the Duchess of Sussex apparently "screamed at down the phone" at a florist for 30 minutes, leading the stunned vendor to vow they would "never work with her again."
An insider recently disclosed, "If you were working for her, you were often treated like a tradesman who could be treated like s**t. They vowed never to work with her again, despite the prestige of having her as a client," according to The Sunday Times.
Inside the accusations against Meghan Markle
This is not an isolated incident; insiders have been vocal about their alarming experiences with Meghan Markle since she stepped back from royal duties in 2020.
A report from multiple former staffers characterized her behavior as frightening, with one source stating, "Everyone’s terrified of Meghan," as per The Hollywood Reporter.
They went on to describe her as someone who "belittles people" and “doesn’t take advice," further revealing that both she and Prince Harry have a tendency to change their minds frequently.
"They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible," added the insider.
Another source claimed Meghan is "absolutely relentless," adding, "She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears."
Josh Kettler's 'mutual' exit as chief of staff under speculation
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's chief of staff, Josh Kettler, stepped down in August just three months into the job, which has only exacerbated the scrutiny surrounding their treatment of staff. Reports suggest Kettler was hired on a "trial basis," and his departure was deemed "mutual."
However, amid speculation about the couple's management style, Kettler's supposedly amicable exit has left many questions unanswered.
Cameron Walker, a commentator for GB News, elaborated on the chief of staff's role, stating, "Josh Kettler is the guy who's meant to guide Prince Harry in particular through what has been described as the next phase of his life."
He added, "I have contacted their team in California and here in London and have been met with silence — but reports claim that he quit. He started just a week before Harry and Meghan went to Nigeria back in May, he also accompanied Prince Harry here in London for the Invictus Games 10th-anniversary service at St Paul's Cathedral. But it's a huge distraction."
Two royal aides accused Meghan Markle of bullying in 2018
The allegations of Meghan Markle's difficult demeanor are not new. In 2018, Buckingham Palace launched an investigation into her treatment of two royal aides, although her representatives dismissed these claims as a "calculated smear campaign" aimed at undermining her credibility.
A spokesperson said at the time, "We are disappointed to see this defamatory portrayal of the Duchess of Sussex given credibility by a media outlet."
They added, "It’s no coincidence that distorted several-year-old accusations aimed at undermining the duchess are being briefed to the British media shortly before she and the Duke are due to speak openly and honestly about their experience of recent years."
