LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle made a quiet but powerful statement of support this weekend, sharing a rare family photo on Instagram featuring Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.

The post came just a day after Harry lost his legal appeal to reinstate his UK security.

According to People, the image appeared to subtly signal the Duchess of Sussex’s solidarity with her husband during a challenging moment.

Posted on Saturday, May 3, the black-and-white image — shared without a caption — shows Prince Harry walking hand-in-hand with Prince Archie while carrying Princess Lilibet on his shoulders.

The tranquil moment appears to have been captured in the garden of the couple’s Montecito home.

The post came just hours after Harry’s explosive interview with the BBC, where he criticized the royal family, claiming King Charles "won’t speak to me" and alleging he was the victim of an "establishment stitch-up."

He also appeared to accuse the royal household of interfering in his years-long attempt to regain UK police protection — a claim both the government and Buckingham Palace have denied, as per the Daily Mail

This marks the second time in a week that Meghan, 43, has shared intimate glimpses of their children in nature.

Just last Sunday, she posted three photos of Archie and Lilibet in a rose garden, captioning the post, "Sunday kind of love… with my little love."

Prince Harry expresses deep sadness over the growing distance between his family and the UK

In his candid interview with the BBC on Friday Prince Harry expressed deep sadness over the growing distance between his family and the UK.

“I can’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK at this point,” he said, acknowledging the emotional toll. “The things that they’re going to miss is, well, everything. I love my country. I always have done. Despite what some people in that country have done.”

Reflecting on the personal impact, he added, “I miss the UK, I miss parts of the UK, of course I do. I think that it’s really quite sad that I won’t be able to show my children my homeland.”

In a statement following the court ruling, Harry reiterated his connection to Britain, writing, “The UK is my birthplace and will always be part of who I am. It is a place I love, and the country where my son was born.”

He emphasized his desire to continue charitable work and help his children appreciate the beauty of his homeland, adding, “I've only ever wanted to continue my charitable work in supporting the causes and people that mean so much to me, and for my children to know the beauty of my homeland. I remain committed to a life of public service.”
