Meghan Trainor says she's 'trying all the things' to lose weight
"I was working out so incorrectly for so long. I was running and doing cardio, and my body was inflamed, always," Meghan Trainor claimed.
The mother-of-two, who has been accused of taking weight-loss drug Ozempic, also stated that she's "trying to biohack my body."

"So anything that'll help me age backward, I’m into it. I just learned about the NADs [food supplement capsules]. I was like, ‘make me Hailey Bieber, I'll do it, I'll take it’ … I’m trying all the things. I love a doctor explaining stuff to me. Science," the 'All About That Bass' hitmaker added.

Clapping back at the relentless questions about her body, especially at an event surrounding music, she added, "Feeling so honored to be recognized by @billboard Women in Music as a Hitmaker—what a dream! But it’s a little disheartening that so many of the questions (and comments) were focused on my body instead of my music, my passion, or the decade of hard work that got me here. This is what it’s like to be a woman in the music industry."
"No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me," the 'Made You Look' crooner asserted.
Breast augmentation made Meghan Trainor comfortable in her body
Meghan Trainor recently opened up about undergoing breast augmentation to People. "I have never been more comfortable in my body. Maybe it's because I'm in my 30s now and I'm better. I've been working with a therapist for a long time, trying to rewire my brain to love myself more," the singer shared.

The Grammy winner further explained that "it's always something like a work in progress, and that's why I write all these anthemic songs of, 'I love myself,' because it's constantly a thing I'm working on, and I notice my fans are also working on that. So that's how we connect."
Trainor also spoke about the surgery in an Instagram video.
