Meghan Trainor reveals she ‘cannot smile anymore’ after undergoing cosmetic procedures

LOS ANGELES. CALIFORNIA: Meghan Trainor is being real about her not-so-satisfying experience undergoing Botox treatment.
The 30-year-old singer and songwriter recently opened up about the effects of cosmetic procedures which left her unable to smile, per People.

The ‘Made You Look’ singer recently confessed about her tribulations during an episode of her podcast ‘Workin’ On It’ which she co-hosts with her brother Ryan Trainor.
The songstress candidly admitted on her November 20 podcast episode that while she thought she would be left with a fuller upper lip, all she is left with now is a ‘dim light” of a smile as she has lost the ability to smile freely.
Meghan Trainor confesses she can’t smile because of Botox
Meghan Trainor admitted that she simply had “too much” of botulinum toxin, commonly known as Botox, which has robbed her of her smile.
The ‘Mother’ singer candidly shared, “To all my fellow girlies out there who are in your 30s out there, hi,” before adding laughingly, “I got too much Botox, and I need help.”
The songstress shared that while she has had “Botox, like, a handful of times” before, including on her forehead, this time she “messed up.”
The ‘Me Too’ singer admitted that she was convinced by someone to get a lip filler in her upper lip, but unfortunately, the result wasn’t what she intended in the first place.
“Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip,” Trainor shared, before adding, “And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true.”
She emphasized later in the episode, “I cannot smile anymore.”

The ‘Lips Are Movin’ singer further admitted that she finally realized her smile “lights up a room,” and when it's not there, “it’s a dim light.”
Meghan Trainor warns fans not to try everything
When her brother and co-host, Ryan Trainor recalled seeing his sister unable to smile during their trip to a Home Goods together and telling his sister at the time, “Bro, you can’t smile,” Trainor replied in response, “And now, I can’t unsee it.”
She added, “And everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.”
The songstress, who visibly regrets her decision to get the lip fillers, later pleaded, “Somebody help me,” before warning her fans, “Don’t try everything.”
