LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Trainor has revealed a personal decision to her fans: she is planning to have a cosmetic surgery procedure.

The artist, famed for chart-toppers such as 'All About That Bass' and 'No', revealed her intentions during a discussion on her podcast that she co-hosts with her brother Ryan Trainor and husband Darryl Sabara, sharing her enthusiasm and deep-seated wish to undergo the procedure.

“Here's another clickbait move I'm trying to make,” the 30-year-old singer teased in the November 20 episode of her podcast, 'Workin' on Upgrades'. "I'm getting a boob job."

Meghan gave the following explanation to her co-hosts for her choice to have breast augmentation surgery: “Because my mommy boobies were full of milk and now they're empty and then full of milk and now they're empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small."

The mother of two, who has sons Riley, aged 3, and Barry, aged 1, with Sabara, elaborated further during the podcast, “I've lost some weight and I have sags on, just like saggy sacks as boobs.”

Meghan, having concluded her Timeless Tour recently, also mentioned that the procedure would significantly influence her choice of on-stage attire.

“What's really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up. I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit,” she shared her thoughts, and then Ryan chimed in with his perspective, “Those can’t be comfortable.”

“No," Meghan concurred. "And they squeeze my sides."

The singer of 'All About That Bass' added that she has been wanting to get plastic surgery for years. "I can't wait till I can get a boob job," to which her brother responded, “Yeah, you've said this since you were like 16 years old, so this is not a new thing."

“I have wanted this my whole life. So I'm going to have boobies that don't look at the floor and it's going to be huge,” Meghan went on to say that although her breasts will be "tiny," the procedure will "be huge for my confidence."

“I'm just getting a lift,” she went on to say. “Maybe a little implant just so they're like, ‘We are boobs', ‘cause right now, they are not. But I love them, love my body, and I’ve been wanting this for years.”

Meghan Trainor's cosmetic surgery announcement sparks mixed reactions

As soon as People magazine published the news about Meghan Trainor's cosmetic surgery, readers began reacting to the announcement.

A reader wrote, "I think it's great she is admitting to having mom boob's and that she is going to do something about it. Celebrities can seem so perfect, it's great she admits she is just like everyone else."

Another added explaining why Trainor is openly talking about her decision, "To let other moms know they're not alone in feeling the way they feel and that it is OKAY to do it if they're able to. Normalize allowing moms to be open about their feelings and about their bodies."

One commentator wrote, "I am glad she can do this, it’s so true after having babies your body really changes. If you have the money to get a mommy makeover, DO IT!!

"Good for her. She can afford it and will feel more confident," said a fan.

On the other hand, some people expressed dissatisfaction with Trainor's decision and her candid discussion about her breast augmentation.

A comment read, "You do you…..but why the need to advertise it?"

Someone else chimed in, "If it is just for her, why does she have to announce it?"

"Why can't you except your a mom, you have mom boobs, who cares. Grow up," a critic said.
