WASHINGTON, DC: Megyn Kelly harshly criticized Vice President Kamala Harris’ recent appearance on the finale of 'RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars', labeling the show as “disgusting” and “blatantly misogynistic.”

Kelly expressed her disapproval while questioning Harris’ credibility to comment on the “weirdness” of Donald Trump’s running mate JD Vance.

“She wants us to listen to her on what’s weird? Not a word of condemnation for that, an endorsement of the show, an appearance on the show,” Kelly remarked.

On Monday’s episode of 'The Megyn Kelly Show', the host discussed Harris’ new public image with conservative pundit Ben Shapiro, who critiqued the media’s attempt to boost her image.

“The media are trying to convince themselves they’re in love with Kamala Harris after years of recognizing what a political incompetent and buffoon she is. But I think what this really is just the sugar high of Joe Biden being out of the race,” he said.

“Joe Biden being gone is giving them a temporary feeling of euphoria that I think could wear off before the election.”

“You tune in to any channel right now, other than Fox, and you will see – not only are they giddy, but the reinvention of this woman as truly a Jesus-like figure, is kind of stomach-turning,” Kelly said.

The conversation shifted to the “weird” portrayal of Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance, who has been the subject of scrutiny for comments and rumors, including his remarks about “childless cat ladies” and “couch sex.”

Kelly countered that Vance is being unfairly targeted, asserting that Harris’ “Drag Race” appearance is what’s truly “weird.”

“[Harris] wants us to listen to her on what’s ‘weird?’” Kelly questioned, highlighting Harris’ endorsement of the show despite its controversial content.

She pointed out that “six weeks ago, that show featured a trans person,” referring to Gottmik, a trans man who appeared on the show.

Kelly condemned Gottmik’s appearance, stating, “That was one of the most disgusting, blatantly misogynistic things I’ve ever seen on television, ever.” She criticized Harris for supporting the show and questioned her authority to judge others on their perceived oddities.

In response, Gottmik addressed Kelly’s earlier critique during a June 3 Instagram Live, stating, “Happy pride month, @megynkelly.” The drag performer defended the artistic expression on the show, retweeting the clip with a message: “[W]e are NOT apologizing for sharing our journeys through art. Not everyone looks at a Picasso and likes it! Sorry gorge, NEXT!”
