PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Former First Lady Melania Trump has once again come under public scrutiny after voicing her anger regarding the Department of Justice (DOJ) searching her personal belongings during the raid at Mar-a-Lago.

In a recent interview with Fox News, she opened up about the incident, discussing everything from her husband's political campaigns to the impact of the raid on her privacy, as reported by The Hill.

The interview, which aired on Thursday morning, September 26, on 'Fox & Friends', provided a rare insight into Melania Trump's perspectives on recent events.

Despite generally maintaining a low profile since her husband's departure from the White House, her comments have sparked widespread trolling online, with critics questioning her reaction to the raid, especially given the charges against Trump.

Melania expressed her displeasure at how the DOJ handled the raid on her home, revealing how the invasive search left her feeling violated.

The raid, which was conducted as part of a criminal investigation into her husband's handling of classified documents, involved agents rifling through her belongings.

"Yeah, it made me angry. Yes. Invasion of privacy. And the way it was done, I was really surprised," Melania said in the interview with 'Fox & Friends'.

The former first lady's frustration stemmed from what she described as an unwelcome intrusion into her personal space.

When Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt asked Melania Trump how she felt upon returning home to find her belongings had been searched, she expressed her dismay, stating, "I saw unpleasant stuff that nobody wants to see."

"And you get angry because, you know, nobody should be putting up with that kind of stuff. Some person — I don’t even know who or how many people — they went through my stuff," Melania expressed.

While Melania did not delve into the specifics of what was taken or searched during the raid, the incident was widely publicized as part of the Justice Department's investigation into Donald Trump's alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Though the former president has faced multiple legal battles, the case involving the classified documents was recently dismissed by US District Judge Aileen Cannon, who ruled that special counsel Jack Smith had not been lawfully appointed.

This dismissal was seen as a significant victory for Trump, marking a rare legal win in the ongoing scrutiny surrounding his actions.
