LUMBER RIVER STATE PARK, NORTH CAROLINA: Mica Miller's pastor husband John-Paul Miller was arrested on assault charges over his alleged confrontation with a protestor.
According to WBTW, the controversial pastor was charged with third-degree assault and battery over his fight with a 'Justice for Mica' protestor just outside his Myrtle Beach church on Wednesday, November 6.

John-Paul Miller released on bond after being slapped with assault charges
John-Paul Miller was reported to have spent the night in jail and was given a $776 bond during a morning hearing on Thursday, November 7. He is supposed to appear in court on December 10, reported the New York Post.
The pastor has been targeted by several protests after her estranged singer wife Mica Miller, died by suicide in April.
The confrontation between John-Paul and the protester took place a day after his church, Solid Rock, was emptied out and its official website and phone number disconnected, per the news channel.
Moreover, the FBI carried a search warrant at John-Paul's South Carolina home.
