BRONX, NEW YORK: After Major League Baseball's (MLB) official social media underscored Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's constant screen time at Yankee Stadium for Game 1 of the American League Championship Series (ALCS) between the New York Yankees and Cleveland Guardians on Monday, October 14, baseball fans did not mince words while expressing their frustations.
Known for her regular appearances at Kansas City Chiefs games to support her boyfriend, Swift has recently become a familiar face in sports circles. But this time, fans of America’s favorite pastime had a different reaction.

While some welcomed Taylor Swift’s presence, others expressed exhaustion over the constant screen time she and Travis Kelce received during the broadcast.

Meanwhile, the Guardians knocked out the Detroit Lions in five games. And with the ALCS heating up, both teams now await the outcome of the Dodgers and Mets series to see who their next challenge will be.

As per USA Today, the New York Yankees took a 1-0 lead in the American League Championship Series with a 5-2 win over the Cleveland Guardians.
Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton hit home runs, while Carlos Rodón allowed just three baserunners in three innings.
