She emphasized the importance of not letting “voter frustration” or “apathy” prevent people from casting their ballots in the upcoming general election.

Through her involvement with this campaign, Lewinsky is promoting sustainable fashion and civic engagement and her message is a powerful reminder of the importance of voting and encourages women to use their voices and make a difference in the world.

What did Lewinsky say regarding her partnership with Reformation?

Lewinsky donned a variety of stunning outfits, including a two-piece linen number from Reformation's Moya collection, a playful long knitted black dress from the Mikol line, and an elegant black Veda Ashland leather trench.

Lewinsky shared with ELLE's fashion features director, Véronique Hyland, “We've seen in polls that voter frustration is up and apathy is up.”

“We all have to be reminding each other that we can't let that get in the way of needing to vote, that that's how we use our voice. That's where our power is,” the 50-year-old added.

Lewinsky has modeled several stunning outfits, including a stylish black and white Lysander dress, and a crème-colored relaxed regenerative merino classic polo paired with a sleek black Sylvie skirt.

The spread features Lewinsky pictured in various empowering poses, such as one with her arms folded and another where she’s sitting in a chair with her legs crossed.

Reformation, a popular women's clothing and accessories brand, has described its new collection as having "strong silhouettes" and "tasteful tailoring," which utilizes their unique sustainable fibers “to remind women they have got the power.”

This is the third election in a row for which the company has done a project to encourage its customers to vote.

Reformation has collaborated with the nonprofit organization Vote.org to create a landing page that encourages voting accessibility for all.

The company plans to donate some money to the nonpartisan group to continue its support.

Lauren Cohan, Reformation's chief creative officer, felt that Lewinsky would be the ideal face of the brand's voting-centric ‘You've Got the Power’ workwear campaign, which she described as "kismet."

She believed that many Gen X, millennial, and Gen Z women saw Lewinsky as a “personal hero” and could relate to her.

Cohan revealed that she also became a fan of Lewinsky after watching her TED talk on public shaming.

Lewinsky also disclosed that she was apprehensive about being on camera, but Reformation allayed her fears through the assistance of a movement coach.

“I don't know if this will sound corny,” Lewinsky remarked, “but I think a way that women can feel more empowered is by recognizing places that they may need more assistance and asking for that assistance.”

Lewinsky also talked candidly with the magazine about her interactions with social media.

She said, “I was apprehensive about turning 49, because 39 was a really sh***y year for me, and I struggled to turn 40.”

“I ended up with a real gift: It was a year of acceptance,” she added. “I was able to accept so much about myself and my life and where I am, and so that meant coming into 50 was great.”

“I'm excited about this new decade and I'm hopeful—which, for someone with a lot of trauma, even saying that feels scary,” she noted.
