Kidman had missed screenings of 'Babygirl' at both the Venice and Toronto International Film Festivals in September to be with her family following her mother’s death.

She and her sister, Antonia Kidman, later expressed gratitude to fans for their “outpouring of love and kindness” during their time of mourning.

"Every message we have received from those who loved and admired our Mother has meant more to us than we will ever be able to express," they stated.

"Thank you from our whole family for respecting our privacy as we take care of each other," Kidman and Antonio added.
