‘No time for anyone saying anything about him: Hannah Waddingham defends Tom Cruise against critics
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tom Cruise’s haters are apparently Hannah Waddingham’s least favorites.
The 49-year-old actress recently shared on ITV’s ‘James Martin’s Saturday Morning’, as per OK! Magazine, “I have to say… I’ve got a real problem with anyone that goes at him now.”

'Isn't he gorgeous?'
The actress is working with Cruise in the eighth installment of the 'The Mission: Impossible' series.
Waddingham further said, “Having met him and spent five days intensely, on [a U.S. aircraft carrier during filming]... no fineries, all of us mucking in for five days...he is, without doubt, one of the loveliest and encouraging, positive and inspiring human beings I have ever met.”
“Isn’t he gorgeous? I have no time for anyone saying anything about him,” Waddingham asserted.

The ‘Ted Lasso’ star had earlier also praised the ‘Top Gun’ actor.
In March, she appeared on ‘Live with Kelly and Mark’ where she said, “I've met plenty of fabulous people. He is one of, if not the most inspiring, encouraging, warm, tactile, friendly to everyone, engaging…I mean seriously, he and I were literally like two 12-year-olds together.”
Tom Cruise ‘loves intelligent women’
Waddingham is not the only one who has kind words for Cruise, Hayley Atwell is also a fan of the 61-year-old star.
Atwell said, as per PEOPLE, “[Cruise's] reputation precedes him with actresses in that he makes them feel very safe, very seen, really respected.”
“He loves people to thrive, he loves intelligent women. He wants people to engage and be part of this process. And so when I read with him on the screen test, it already felt like we were workshopping it,” the British-American actress stated.
Hayley Atwell addresses dating rumors
Cruise and Atwell have sparked dating rumors as well but the 41-year-old actress has strong words against it.
She reportedly said, “I would be like, ‘Ooh, there’s some weird rumors, and it feels base, it feels a little dirty, it feels grubby, it’s not what I’m about'."
“Why are things being assumed or projected onto me about my relationship with my work colleague and boss?” the ‘Mission: Impossible’ actress remarked.
But Atwell also revealed how Cruise took the rumors as she added, “When I’ve talked to him about it, he’d be like, ‘You know exactly who you are. You know what you’re about. And that is the only thing that matters. It doesn’t matter what people think of you, if you are in integrity with yourself, if you know what your value system is'."
