North West puts mom Kim Kardashian on blast for not cooking for her children ‘in a long time’
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: North West has reminded Kim Kardashian that she hasn’t cooked for her children “in a long time".
Recently, Kim’s eldest child, North West, her first daughter with ex Kanye West, was featured in Interview Magazine when the tweenager opened up about her famous mother’s culinary skills.
For the feature, North, 11, was asked a series of questions by her mother Kim, 43, when the duo engaged in a candid conversation.
North West reminds Kim Kardashian she hasn’t cooked 'in a long time'
During the funny conversation, Kim Kardashian asked her daughter Noth West, "OK, serious question. How is my cooking?"
"You haven’t cooked for us in a long time,” replied her daughter, per Fox News.
North added, "Last time you cooked was two Halloweens ago,” before adding that the meal that she cooked was macaroni and cheese.
The SKIMS founder reminded her daughter, "And fried chicken and cornbread," before adding, "I’m a one-trick pony. Is that one meal good?"
Though the tween reminded Kim that she hadn’t cooked for a long time, her cooking was “good.” However, she believed her mother was "really good" at making "cucumbers and salt".
North is, however, not the only child of Kim to comment on their mother’s cooking.
In 2023, the reality star’s youngest daughter Chicago also spilled that her mother doesn’t cook. Instead, she has a private chef.
Kim shared an 'All About My Mom' sheet filled by Chicago where the youngster replied, "Mom doesn't cook. She has a chef,” to the question asking her favorite dish cooked by her mother.
Kim's other two children are Saint and Psalm.
Fans defend Kim Kardashian after North West calls her out for not cooking often
While North West shaded her mother Kim Kardashian for not cooking for the family in recent years, the internet was critical of the youngster. Fans did not miss the opportunity to remind her that it is fine as long as she is well-fed.
One fan wrote on Facebook, "If I’m worth as much as she is I’m, Not cooking either! Who cares! I’m sure she has the best chefs to feed her kids."
Someone else gently chided, "That is ungrateful. It’s better to be thankful for the private chefs. If she hasn’t cooked in years then they likely won’t enjoy the food anyway."
Meanwhile, another fan quipped, "You mean to tell me she has cooked before ????😂."
"I think Kim has been so busy to remember to cook for her kids ..," shared someone else.
Another netizen, however, added, "A daughter with no respect for her mother, is dangerous."
"Do they eat? No one looks malnourished. It doesn’t matter who cooks, as long as they eat…," sagely declared another.
Someone else replied online, "The chef does. If I'm worth that much I'm not cooking either."
"I’d be more surprised if she did cook for her," another fan reflected on North's criticism of her mother.
