WASHINGTON, DC: Attorney General Pam Bondi dropped the hammer again Friday, August 29, this time firing yet another Justice Department paralegal over a series of obscene rants directed at National Guard members in the nation’s capital.

DOJ employee flips off the National Guard

Elizabeth Baxter, who worked in the DOJ’s environmental division, strutted into work at the department’s “4CON” building in DC’s NoMa neighborhood at 8:21 am on August 18 and reportedly bragged to a security guard that she had just flipped off a National Guard member at the Metro Center stop.

According to Bondi, Baxter told him, “F**k the National Guard.”

Hours later, at 12:18 pm, security cameras inside DOJ caught Baxter giving the finger once again and yelling, “F**k you!” at the Guardsmen stationed nearby.

The next week, on August 25, she told the same security guard that she “hated” the National Guard and snarled, “F**k off!”



 

“Today, I took action to terminate a DOJ employee for inappropriate conduct towards National Guard service members in DC,” AG Bondi told the New York Post. “This DOJ remains committed to defending President Trump’s agenda and fighting to make America safe again. If you oppose our mission and disrespect law enforcement — you will NO LONGER work at DOJ.”

Baxter wasn’t just running her mouth. She was caught on security footage showing a guard exactly how she’d been flipping off the troops, according to a photo obtained by The Post.

After a quick investigation that included multiple eyewitnesses, Bondi officially axed her on Friday evening with a letter. “You are removed from your position of Paralegal Specialist, GS-0950-11, Environmental Defense Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and from the federal service, effective immediately," it stated.

DOJ employee fired after flinging sandwich at Border Protection officer

Baxter isn’t the first DOJ employee Bondi has tossed out. She worked in the same building as Sean Charles Dunn, 37, who was canned earlier this month after allegedly hurling a Subway sandwich at a Border Protection officer during a late-night rant.

Dunn, who had been an international affairs specialist in the DOJ’s criminal division, was arrested after cursing out federal officers deployed by Trump to crack down on DC crime.

“F**k you! You f**king fascists! Why are you here? I don’t want you in my city!” Dunn allegedly screamed in an officer’s face before chucking the salami-filled bread at him.

When he was nabbed later, he confessed to a local cop, “I did it. I threw a sandwich.”

After Dunn was fired, Bondi posted on X, “This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ. You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement.”



 

The case against Dunn has been messy. A grand jury didn’t bite on felony assault charges, so prosecutors dropped it down to misdemeanor assault, which still carries up to a year behind bars.

DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro remarked, “The police are not out there to get pushed around or beat up. He thought it was funny. Well, he doesn’t think it’s funny today because we charged him with a felony: Assault on a police officer.”

“So there, stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else!” she added.
