LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Baywatch' icon Pamela Anderson has embarked on a significant career shift by launching her own birdwatching channel called EarthDay 365. She aims to emulate the success of Sir David Attenborough in the field of nature documentaries.

Pamela, 56, has been a longstanding advocate for environmental causes, transitioning away from her glamorous, bombshell image and opting to go makeup-free.

She has become famous for her flawless complexions without makeup, both on and off the red carpet.

Pamela Anderson to follow Sir David Attenborough's footsteps

As per Daily Mail, Pamela Anderson's popular birdwatching channel EarthDay 365 is available with 2,500 hours of programming about twitching and wildlife.

The streaming service Amazon Freevee has secured the channel that made its debut on Pluto TV in the US two months ago.

The actress expresses her delight at the "positive" reception to her free channel, stating that she is "thrilled" about it.

Pamela, renowned for her role as the sensuous lifeguard CJ Parker in the 1990s, expressed, "I wanted to create something for people who have a deep connection with nature. I felt this was a perfect alignment."

"I'm so thrilled that we are receiving such a positive response to EarthDay 365, providing even more viewers with this incredibly beautiful and inspiring content for free," she added.

The channel will offer additional content such as 'Journey To Space' featuring Patrick Stewart and Russell Crowe, along with 'Sea Lions' by Sam Neill from 'Jurassic Park.'

The 288-page cookbook features over 80 "homegrown and world-influenced" plant-based recipes, along with guidance on sustainable gardening and design.

Inspired by her bucolic lifestyle at her family's Vancouver Island farm, the cookbook captures the essence of Pamela's culinary journey.

Who is Sir David Attenborough?

Sir David Attenborough is widely admired as an inspirational presenter, broadcaster, and environmentalist, captivating the hearts of countless individuals.

His career began in the early 1950s as a producer, before transitioning to presenting with the groundbreaking series "Zoo Quest" in 1954.

Despite being in his 90s, he is still presenting and narrating natural history programs for the BBC and Apple TV, including 'Frozen Planet II,' 'The Green Planet,' and 'Dynasties II,' per BBC Wildlife Magazine.

Sir David Attenborough was raised on the campus of University College Leicester, where his father served as the principal.

From an early age, he developed a fascination with natural history, spending his time collecting stones, fossils, and various natural artifacts.

After attending Wyggeston Grammar School, Sir David was awarded a scholarship to Cambridge University's Clare College in 1945, where he graduated with a degree in the natural sciences.

Sir David Attenborough has been bestowed with various titles, including 'Heartthrob,' 'BBC Savior,' 'Wildlife TV's Patron Saint,' and even considered a potential candidate for the elected monarch.

Presently, he stands as the epitome of natural history presenting, earning admiration from every other presenter in the field.
