Pregnant Kylie Kelce blasts ‘dumb and counterproductive’ attempt to pit her against Taylor Swift

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kylie Kelce is not a fan of women being pitted against each other as she slammed a Parade magazine headline claiming she did not eat Taylor Swift's home-cooked meal while on a double date with brother-in-law Travis Kelce and his popstar girlfriend.
The 32-year-old media personality shared details about the date during the February 11 episode of the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast.
She told host Alex Cooper, “I don’t know that I really ate the meal. This is going to sound terrible. I didn’t really eat the meal because I was eight weeks pregnant, and it was one of those where nothing sounds [good]."
Kylie Kelce wonders why ‘we trying to pit women against women’
Kylie Kelce, wife of Jason Kelce, who will soon become a mother for the fourth time, made her stance clear during her ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast on February 20, Thursday, as per E! News.
Addressing the problematic headline, she shared, “The home cooked meals that I did not get to enjoy were not because I refused to eat them but because the child in my womb overwhelmed me with hormones that suggested that if I consume anything other than crackers, that it might be seen again—if you catch my drift.”
Kylie further mentioned that “the thing that bothers me the most about this headline besides the fact that I directly addressed why I didn’t eat the meal in the 'Call Her Daddy' episode—why are we trying to pit women against women?”

“That seems dumb and counterproductive,” she asserted.
The mother of daughters — Wyatt, five, Elliotte, three, and Bennett, 23 months — added, “Anyone that asks me in person, I am very forthcoming with how much I love and appreciate [Taylor] and how much I love the fact that you can tell how happy Travis is. And that’s what I care about.”
Kylie Kelce says she’s happy for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce

Meanwhile, earlier on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast, Kylie Kelce also revealed that she met Taylor Swift for the first time during the Chiefs-Bill game on January 21, 2024.
She said, “People are deeply disturbed by this. There was, like, all this stuff leading up to it about, 'Well, why haven't they met? They're avoiding each other.' I'm not avoiding anyone.”

“I'm more than happy to meet someone, especially someone Travis is dating. But it was funny, to me, because I kept saying to people, 'I didn't meet Travis for probably close to a year when Jason and I were dating.’ And she's busy. It's just so silly to me that that's the storyline that's written,” she stated.
