LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have discussed their firm commitment to safeguarding their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet from online bullying.

This revelation follows the couple's recent focus on their mission to improve the online world for all.

In an engaging interview with Jane Pauley that aired on CBS Sunday Morning on August 4 — coinciding with Meghan’s 43rd birthday — the Duke and Duchess of Sussex unveiled their newest initiative.

Their new program, 'The Parents Network' is a groundbreaking effort through their Archewell Foundation aimed at supporting parents whose children have been affected by social media-related traumas.

Following a successful two-year pilot, this initiative is now expanding to parents across the US, UK, and Canada.

Meghan Markle says her 'young' children are 'amazing'

As parents, Meghan Markle discussed her strong desire to shield their two young children, 5-year-old Prince Archie and 3-year-old Princess Lilibet, from harmful online content.

“Our kids are young — they're 3 and 5. They're amazing,” she said with a smile. “But all you want to do as parents is protect them.”

She continued, “So as we can see what's happening in the online space, we know that there's a lot of work to be done there, and we're just happy to be able to be a part of change for good.”

Pauley added, “You hope that when your children ask for help, someone, you know, is there to give it.”

Prince Harry, 39, responded, “If you know how to help," as per People.

He elaborated, “At this point, we've got to the stage where almost every parent needs to be a first responder. And even the best first responders in the world wouldn't be able to tell the signs of possible suicide. That is the terrifying piece of this.”

Meghan urged people to ask themselves, “What if it were my daughter? What if it were my son?”

“If you look at it through the lens as a parent, there's no way to see that any other way than to try to find a solution,” she said.

'The Parents' Network' appears to be part of the couple’s broader effort to protect children — including their own — at all costs.

Insider says Prince Harry has been hesitant to publicly show his children

For years, Prince Harry has focused on protecting Meghan and their children from public scrutiny. He has legally contested the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures, which removed his personal protection in the UK after he stepped down as a senior royal, as per HarperBazaar.

A friend of the couple told earlier this week, “Harry has been reluctant to show his children publicly, not out of a desire to hide them, but to protect their privacy and safety from potential threats. He wants them to lead as normal a life as possible without the fear of kidnapping or harm."

Additionally, Meghan and Prince Harry's upcoming trip to Colombia will focus on child protection. In November, the country will host the first World Ministerial Conference on the Elimination of Violence Against Children, and the couple will participate in several related events during their visit, as per Leicestershire Live.
