NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: During his recent appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', Prince Harry and the late-night talk show host checked out the latter's new Halloween experience called "Tonightmares."

At one point, the Duke of Sussex was caught on camera shouting, "Jesus, f**k," leading netizens to joke that he had just realized he was married to Meghan Markle, as per RadarOnline.

In the almost three-minute-long video, Prince Harry was seen interacting with various actors, including a zombie who failed to recognize him, prompting her to ask a colleague, "Who was that?"

At another point, the Duke of Sussex quipped that one actor resembled Canadian singer Michael Buble, suggesting he was able to enjoy the moment despite the initial fright.

"Tonightmares," which opened at the Rockefeller Center on September 20, features 10 frightening rooms based on Jimmy Fallon's "deepest, darkest nightmares." It is scheduled to run through October 31.

One netizen wrote, "Harry lives in his own haunted house w/ Markle," and another remarked, "Been mentored by his wife on over-acting."

"What else can we expect....he is married to Cruella Deville What a joke those two grifters are," stated a person. Someone else questioned, "Er aren't soldiers trained not to scream, in the face of danger?"

"He’s very jumpy for someone who claims to served many years in Afghanistan..or maybe he’s been coached to act like that by his wife," said another person. One more wrote, "This buffoonery is probably more on Harry's age level. It does not make sense people inviting him to speak on serious issues he has not experience, education or expertise about."

An individual simply stated, "From an actual prince to a worldwide laughing stock. How can everything be so wrong for this guy."

"Harry doesn't know what to do with himself. He spouts word salads written by Markle, does nothing, or clowns around like an unstable person. Where is his mind?" remarked a netizen.

A source told RadarOnline, "Him heading off alone is not a sign of a couple that is inseparable."

Royal expert Phil Dampier commented on the significance of Harry's increasing independence, stating, "They are living more separate lives as it looks like Harry is trying to carve out what exactly his future is."

He added that Harry may be seeking more fulfilling roles and hinted that we might see more of him pursuing solo ventures in the future.
