Prince William's delightful evening ritual for Kate Middleton revealed amid her cancer treatment
LONDON, ENGLAND: Kate Middleton and Prince William have charmed royal fans around the world through their 23-year relationship - and they still look as affectionate as ever.
The royal couple reportedly follows a nightly routine they've maintained for years, during which William brings Kate a special treat each evening.
Prince William delights Kate with gin and tonic after putting children to bed
According to the DailyRecord, after putting their three children — George, Charlotte, and Louis — to bed, Prince William is said to prepare a gin and tonic for Kate.
A source shared, “William will bring Kate a gin and tonic. They look after each other, but in different ways.”
While gin is a favorite at home, the Princess of Wales is also known to enjoy a classic pint of Guinness and has been seen both pulling and sipping pints during official events.
Speculation surrounds Prince George's future education as he approaches teenage years
According to the Ok Magazine, in addition to their evening rituals, the couple is currently facing speculation regarding Prince George’s schooling. As he turns 11, conversations are swirling about which institution he will attend in his teenage years.
Currently, he studies at Lambrook School near their Windsor residence with his siblings; but since Lambrook only accommodates students up to age 13, the future king’s next academic steps remain uncertain.
Many anticipate that George might follow in the footsteps of his father, Prince William, and uncle, Prince Harry, by attending Eton College. The Prince and Princess of Wales were spotted touring the Eton campus with George back in June 2023, with sources noting, "They looked at the facilities and seemed very engaged."
However, another potential option has emerged - Marlborough College, Kate's alma mater. Reports indicate that Kate was seen visiting her former school recently, leading to speculation that it could be a contender for George’s education.
If George does enroll at Marlborough, he would make history as the first future king to complete compulsory education at an entirely co-ed institutions, as Marlborough accepts both boys and girls.
Royal family considers modern values in Prince George's education choices amid evolving traditions
A source commented, "It would be a significant move for the royal family, reflecting modern values."
Historically, royals have often attended single-gender schools; for instance, King Charles was educated at all-boys institutions like Hill House School and Gordonstoun, while Prince William attended Wetherby School before moving on to Ludgrove and Eton, all of which were boys' schools.
So far, George's education has included time at Thomas’s Battersea, a mixed-gender school, and his current co-ed institution, Lambrook. As the royal family continues to evolve, so do their choices regarding tradition and education.
