Many have nicknames for each other; Meghan Markle, for instance, revealed in the 'Tour of LA' interview with James Corden that she calls her husband Prince Harry 'Haz'.
The late Queen Elizabeth's immediate family affectionately called her 'Lilibet', and when Prince William was younger, he referred to her as 'Gary' because he couldn't pronounce 'grandma'.

According to the Daily Mail, the nickname 'Grandpa Wales' follows the same pattern that Queen Elizabeth II used for her grandfather George V, whom she called 'Grandad England'.
However, when it comes to Queen Camilla, it's clear she has a different title than the traditional 'grandma' or 'nanny'.
Camilla, who has five grandchildren of her own plus the Cambridge children and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archie and Lili, is affectionately known as 'Gaga'.
