Ray J claims someone tried to kill him in expletive-laden video
Claiming that he was recently the target of an alleged shooting, the 'One Wish' singer cryptically added that the unidentified shooter wanted him to apologize, as per Daily Mail.
Ray J, born William Ray Norwood Jr, said in the video, "[N-word] just try to shoot me, they tried to kill me ... and you want me to apologize [N-word]? F**k you!" while waving his finger at the camera.
However, it is to be noted that the singer kept his fans in the dark about who he believed could have made the attempt. Per TMZ, Ray J indicated that the offense was related to some unspecified feud.
While the indicated gunfire comes just weeks after the musician had an altercation with three of Diddy’s sons at a Halloween bash, nowhere in the video did Ray J take their names or direct any blame toward them.
Ray J and Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sons' Halloween bash altercation
The Mississippi native reportedly got into a fight with Sean "Diddy" Combs' sons outside of influencer Tara Electra's 5th Annual Unruly Agency Halloween bash in Los Angeles. They reportedly confronted him over some comments he made about their father.
Per TMZ, the siblings surrounded the 'Melody' singer and started getting in each other's faces. According to sources, Justin and Christian were ready to fight the 'What I Need' rapper.
The tense situation was dissipated when Chris Brown intervened with the help of Ray J’s manager, David Weintraub, and separated the siblings from the singer. The outlet further noted that the brothers reportedly approached Ray J thrice to discuss his comments on Diddy.
Despite the scuffle, Ray J still considers Diddy and his children to be like family but refuses to be overpowered by "little kids."
