'Really embarrassing': Julia Fox calls Kanye West 'cringe' as she discusses her exes in scathing interview
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Julia Fox doesn’t harbor favorable opinions about her exes including Kanye West.
Fox was in a brief romance with the 46-year-old rapper at the beginning of 2022, when the Yeezy founder was going through a contentious divorce with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
However, the brief dalliance has convinced her that all of her exes, including West, are “cringe.”
Julia Fox hints Kanye West was ‘cringe’
During a recent video interview with Cosmopolitan, the ‘Uncut Gems’ actress was asked which one of her exes was the “most cringe," per Page Six.
Fox replied squarely, “All of them, guys.” She explained, "They’re all really embarrassing. From my baby daddy…to the other one…,” seemingly referring to her famous ex.
Nevertheless, West doesn’t appear as the topmost contender as she declared the most cringe-worthy one was her high school boyfriend.
She shared that the most cringe-worthy was “my drug-dealer boyfriend that kidnapped me when I was in high school and didn’t let me leave his house. Cringe!”
Fox dated West for just over a month after coming out of her marriage with ex-husband, pilot Peter Artemiev, with whom she shares her three-year-old son, Valentino.
Julia Fox shared that her relationship with Kanye West left a ‘sour taste’
Though the ‘OMG Fashun’ actress did not specifically name West this time, she is not shy of shading her famous ex.
During a recent interview with InStyle per The Independent, Fox shared that dating West for a month left a “sour taste” in her mouth.
The Italian-American actress shared, “Dating that man for a month - one month. And that’s why I have such a sour taste in my mouth about dating anyone in this sphere.”
She added that the relationship with West made her acknowledge her self-worth, saying, “Because I don’t ever want to just be known as someone’s girlfriend. I know I’m so much more than that.”
In another interview with Stellar Magazine, Fox slammed West saying she is left “scarred” after her relationship with the 'Donda' rapper.
She shared in the interview, "What I find happens so often in public relationships – at least what happened to me, and maybe I'm just scarred from it – is that you become known as that person's girlfriend.”
She continued, "And I just don't want to uphold that. I want to be able to make it on my own. I don't want anyone to be able to attribute my success to a man in my life."
"If anything, men are an obstacle I have to get through. It has never helped me," added the star.
