Reba McEntire would say 'yes' if Rex Linn popped the question despite not having 'much faith' in marriage

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Reba McEntire has found happiness at 70, both personally and professionally.
The country legend, who celebrated her milestone birthday with fans and loved ones during a concert in Connecticut on March 28, is also ready to say "I do" to her longtime partner, Rex Linn, if he pops the question, according to a close friend, as per OK! Magazine.
Reba McEntire thinks Rex Linn gets her like no other man ever has
About Reba McEntire and Rex Linn's relationship, the close friend shared, “Reba knows a good man is hard to find and no one is perfect, but she says Rex gets her like no other man ever has.”

They described Linn as “funny, loyal, down-to-earth, a real gentleman, and best of all, he isn't about the drama. All the traits Reba has ever wanted in a partner.”
The source further said that the "Queen of Country" would be ready to take the next step if Linn proposed. “If Rex got down on one knee, she'd say yes,” they noted.
Reba McEntire calls Rex Linn 'the love of my life'
Reba McEntire recently opened up about her relationship with actor Rex Linn, crediting him for the joy she feels today.
“I think I am the happiest I’ve ever been,” the country star told Extra in May. “He’s the love of my life and we have so much fun together,” she added.
“He supports me, I support him. We really love working together, hanging out together, whatever we do together, we have fun,” McEntire said.

The couple first crossed paths on the set of 'The Gambler Returns: The Luck of the Draw' in 1991, but they didn’t spark romance until much later, while working on 'Young Sheldon'.
They marked their fifth anniversary in January. “Celebrating five years of tater tots this week!” McEntire shared in an Instagram post, referencing their playful nicknames — Linn calls her “Tater Tot,” and she refers to him as “Sugar Tot.”

Reba McEntire is 'truly committed' to Rex Linn but doesn’t need a ring to prove it
Though Reba McEntire is open to the idea of marriage with Rex Linn, she’s also content without it.
Speaking to E! News last year, she reflected on her past experiences with marriage.
“I've been married twice. After the second one dissolved, I don't have much faith in being bound by a piece of paper or a ring,” McEntire said.
Still, she left the door open for Linn’s wishes, adding, “I'm truly committed to Rex, so if that's something he feels totally strong about, that's fine with me. He's never been married before, so if he wants to experience that, I'm OK with that.”
