WASHINGTON, DC: Robert F Kennedy Jr recently offered candid remarks on Donald Trump’s fast food-heavy diet, calling it “really, like, bad” during an appearance on 'The Joe Polish Show' podcast.

Kennedy Jr, a former presidential candidate and health advocate, didn’t shy away from criticizing Trump’s well-documented preference for fast food, pointing out the impact it could have on his health.

Robert F Kennedy Jr criticizes Donald Trump's campaign plane food

Robert F Kennedy Jr expressed dismay at the food options commonly available to Donald Trump, especially on his campaign plane. “Campaign food is always bad, but the food that goes onto that airplane is like just poison,” he remarked, highlighting the limited choices.

“You don’t have the choice, you’re either given KFC or Big Macs. That’s when you’re lucky and then the rest of the stuff I consider kind of inedible. And then he [drinks] Diet Coke,” he added, emphasizing his concerns over the nutritional value of such options.

Kennedy Jr also revealed insights from Dana White, the UFC president and a close friend of Trump. According to White, Trump is known for avoiding water altogether, even during long events.

“He said that sometimes he’ll sit through a fight with Trump—and he’s [there for] five hours [during] the fight—and said he has never seen Trump drink a glass of water. Never,” Kennedy Jr recounted, noting that this preference for soft drinks over water is another unusual health choice.

Robert F Kennedy Jr acknowledges Donald Trump’s remarkable stamina despite citicizing his unusual diet

Despite these dietary criticisms, Robert F Kennedy Jr acknowledged Donald Trump’s surprising stamina. For a man of 78, Trump appears to defy the expected toll of his fast food diet. “The last day we were with him, he was up 48 hours, so when he gave his acceptance speech he had been up 48 hours, literally 48 hours with no sleep,” Kennedy Jr shared.

“I’m 70, I feel like I have a lot of endurance, but overnight at this point… I could do that a lot when I was a kid, but he does it all the time,” he said. This praise highlighted what Kennedy Jr sees as Trump’s “extraordinary energy,” which he finds remarkable for someone in their late seventies.

Robert F Kennedy Jr promotes healthier diets during 'Make America Healthy Again' campaign

During an interview with Fox & Friends, he shared, “President Trump was cooking McDonald’s the other day and giving people French fries. I don’t have anything against fast food. I’m against food that has seed oils. When I was a kid, McDonald’s was made with tallow fat. That was good for you. Your body needs that. It makes you healthy.”

Following the interview, Kennedy Jr, 70, took to X (formerly Twitter), to express his gratitude to Fox & Friends and promote his health message: “Thanks @foxandfriends for a fun morning handing out #MAHA hats and t-shirts to your studio audience. We can help Make America Healthy Again by making frying oil tallow again.”
