Riley Gaines slams ‘demented logic’ as trans activist advocates for combining Olympics and Paralympics

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines was left stunned as trans right activist Blossom Brown agreed to combine the Olympics and Paralympics together on a televised debate, the Daily Mail reported on Saturday, February 22.
The discussion on the subject of inclusivity in the arena of sports was moderated by conservative television host Piers Morgan on 'Piers Morgan Uncensored'. His guest, Brown, reportedly went viral earlier in the week by arguing in favor of the upcoming 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles to be completely gender-neutral.
The proposition was completely unacceptable for Gaines, who has long advocated for banning trans women from participating in women's sports.
Sharing a clip from their televised debate on the social media platform X, Gaines wrote, "When they say 'diversity, equity, and inclusion', they actually mean ridding disabled people of all opportunities and chances for success ....that is how committed they are to their demented logic."

Blossom Brown's stance on combining gender-neutral LA Olympics with Paralympics
On his show, Piers Morgan asked Blossom Brown to confirm if she indeed wanted the LA Olympics to be completely gender-neutral with men and women competing against each other.
"Absolutely, I don't see anything wrong with it," replied the activist. "As long as it's inclusive of trans women, and trans men, and non-binary people, then yes, why not?"
The response shocked both Morgan and his other guest, Gaines, but Brown further said, "This country was built on diversity, equity, and inclusion and although Trump is trying to get rid of DEI, that does include cis women like Riley."
President Donald Trump signed an executive order earlier this month barring biological males from competing in women’s sports through Title IX. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) banned transgender women from women’s sports the following day.

Brown was mocked for her stance. Later, Gaines questioned Blossom, which was put forth by Morgan, "Blossom, should we combine the Paralympics with the regular Olympics, have them all compete with each other?"
"I mean, why not," was her response, which had Gaines throwing up her hands and Morgan calling her "delusional" on air.
