Rob Schneider’s wife Patricia files for divorce after 15 years of marriage
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA: Renowned actor and comedian Rob Schneider’s 15-year marriage to Patricia Schneider has come to an end. Court records show Patricia filed for divorce in December 2025 in Arizona. The couple shares two daughters, Miranda Scarlett, 13, and Madeline Robbie, 9.
Rob is also father to singer Elle King, 36, from his previous marriage to London King, and was married to actress Helena Schneider from 2002 to 2005.
What Patricia Schneider’s court records revealed
Court documents obtained by People confirm the couple married on January 27, 2010, in Los Angeles. The filing states that the marriage is “irretrievably broken and there is no possibility of reconciliation.”
Patricia, a Mexican actress and producer, had celebrated their 10th anniversary in a now-deleted Instagram post, writing, "10 years and counting!!!! No one is funnier than you husbando. Thanks for my beautiful babies. I love you para siempre."
Rob Schneider returned the praise in a 2023 tribute: "Thank you for our TWO gorgeous girls and thank you for believing in me, teaching me and for making me a better person. Thank you for every wonderful Mexican dinner!" He added, "I look forward to spending the rest of my life laughing and loving you and raising our niñas!"

The 'Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo' star met Patricia on a show set in 2007 and married her in Los Angeles in April 2011. Schneider described the wedding as “the happiest day of [his] life,” surrounded by family and friends.

Rob has publicly acknowledged a strained relationship with his daughter, Elle King. In a 2024 podcast appearance, Elle recalled being sent to a “fat camp” as a child.
