LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Robbie Williams created a buzz online with his recent claims about an encounter with Taylor Swift during her Reputation tour in 2018, where he believes the pop superstar didn't know "anything" about him. 

Recalling the moment, Williams revealed that the singer was probably only vaguely aware of his star power in the UK.

A 40-second TikTok video shared on the Pop Base X page has quickly gained attention, featuring Robbie Williams and the caption, "Taylor Swift vaguely aware of Robbie Williams."

The video posted on January 19, shows Williams recalling an encounter with Taylor Swift during her Reputation tour.

He shared, "I think the interesting thing is that. Taylor, I think, knew the concept of a Robbie Williams somewhere in the world, but I don't think knew anything about me."

Williams continued, speculating, "And I think maybe, whoever she was dating at the time was English and went, 'Hey maybe you should get Robbie Williams'. So I think this is how it went."

He then went on to describe the moment when Swift addressed him during the concert, recalling how the audience erupted in excitement as he stepped onto the stage. 

Williams explained, “But when I came up, through the stage, and the audience erupted, you could just see this thing in her face go. 'Uh Eh?' And I'm like, 'Yeah, Yeah, I'm the mayor of this here'."

When the interviewer responded, "I’m a big deal," Williams affirmed, saying, "I’m a big deal. I keep telling everybody. I’m a big deal," to which Taylor appeared to realize, "Oh, he is a big deal."

Within hours of posting, the video amassed over 843K likes and hundreds of comments, with over 12K people sharing it.
