WASHINGTON, DC: Hollywood actor Robert De Niro believes President Donald Trump “is not going to leave the White House” and is urging Americans to “strap on their balls and do something about it.”

The Oscar-winning legend made an appearance on MSNBC’s 'The Weekend' Sunday, rallying Americans to keep the “No Kings” protests alive.

“The original No Kings protest was 250 years ago,” De Niro said, referencing the American Revolution. “Americans decided they didn’t want to live under the rule of King George III. They declared their independence and fought a bloody war for democracy. We’ve had two and a half centuries of democracy since then. Often challenging, sometimes messy, always essential, and we fought in two World Wars to preserve it.”

“Now we have a would-be king who wants to take it away? King Donald I. F**k that. We are rising up again this time, nonviolently raising our voices to declare No Kings.”

Ronert De Niro’s words came after an estimated seven million people took to the streets on Saturday for the nationwide “No Kings” demonstrations, denouncing what they see as the Trump administration’s authoritarian slide.

Organizers said the movement stretched across more than 2,700 cities and towns, from Los Angeles to New York City, in what’s being called one of the largest coordinated protests in US history.

The 'Zero Day' actor said he’s “very happy” to see people “from all different backgrounds and across the political spectrum” showing up to make noise.

“We need much more of it going forward,” De Niro said. “Because that’s the only thing that the politicians are going to recognize — either face the wrath of Trump or the wrath of the people.”

“And they have to be more afraid of the wrath of the people and realize this is not good. I better strap on my balls and do something about it,” he added.

De Niro is convinced Trump’s got no plans to peacefully pack up and go.

“We can’t let up,” he warned. “Cannot let up on him because he is not going to leave the White House. He does not want to leave the White House. He will not leave the White House. Anybody thinks he, oh, he’ll do this, he’ll do that. It’s just deluding themselves.”

The 'Killers of the Flower Moon' star also called out the GOP. “The Republicans, most of all, because they know, but they’re going along with it. It’s a classic bully situation. We see it, and there’s no other way to face a bully; you have to face him and fight it out and back them off and back him down. That’s the only way this is going to work,” he said.

The actor reminded viewers that the last major “No Kings” rally happened back on June 14, coinciding with the US Army’s 250th Anniversary Parade and Trump’s 79th birthday.

De Niro’s not alone in his protest. A few of his famous friends joined the chorus this weekend.

Filmmaker Spike Lee took to Instagram, posting a shot of a New York protester with the caption urging followers to “get up, stand up.”

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis shared a carousel of protest snaps and writing, “SIGNS ‘O THE TIMES! Democracy in ACTION!”

Actor Mark Ruffalo was hyping the crowd days before the event. “WE the People — WE have the power and together WE will win!” he posted on Instagram. “Check out this inspiring video and share it with your family, friends and neighbors to join one of the over 2,500 No Kings protests across our country this Saturday. Courage is contagious! Each of us have an important role to play in this historic moment by exercising our First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and peaceful protest.”
