LONDON, ENGLAND: Rosie O’Donnell made a striking appearance on the red carpet at the London premiere of 'Burlesque: The Musical' on July 22, showcasing her recent weight loss transformation.
The 63-year-old actress and comedian, known for her unfiltered humor and long-running television career, looked noticeably slimmer in a sleek black T-shirt, graffiti-print pants, and an oversized “New York” blazer.

Rosie O'Donnell, who has been open about her health journey over the past two years, including her use of Mounjaro, a GLP-1 medication commonly prescribed for Type 2 diabetes and increasingly used off-label for weight loss.
O’Donnell first revealed in 2022 that she was prescribed Mounjaro by her doctor, and she began making substantial changes to her diet. By early 2023, she shared in a TikTok video that she had stopped drinking Diet Coke and was committed to cutting back on sugar, opting instead for water as her primary beverage.
“I really stopped drinking five or six Diet Cokes a day. All I drink is water now, and I'm not eating sugar as much as I can,” Rosie said.
“My appetite has decreased significantly — it’s probably the meds,” Rosie admitted recently. She also highlighted the importance of staying active, noting she’s been making an effort to “move more.”

Rosie O’Donnell said her weight loss journey took a positive and unexpected turn after moving to Ireland earlier this year.
In a March 20 TikTok video, the actress and comedian opened up about the lifestyle changes she’s experienced since relocating to Dublin in January 2025 with her 12-year-old son Clay, whom she shared with her late ex-wife Michelle Rounds.
“I've lost more weight here,” Rosie revealed, explaining that the new environment has contributed to her slimming down. She also attributed her ongoing progress to Mounjaro. “I am still on Mounjaro for my diabetes and one of the side effects is you lose weight.”

O’Donnell said she’s been adjusting to life in Ireland with Clay, the youngest of her five children. She’s also mom to Parker, 30, Chelsea, 27, Blake, 25, and Vivienne, 22.
Rosie mentioned that she needed to go shopping in Dublin to find pants that “fit better.”
