DUBLIN, IRELAND: Rosie O'Donnell claimed President Donald Trump is facing a cognitive decline as she went on a rant against him on TikTok over the weekend.

A longtime critic of the MAGA leader, the comedian left the United States for Ireland after Trump won the White House for a second term on November 5, 2024.

While the outburst from the former host of 'The View' is nothing new, Trump, who boasted last month about acing a cognitive test as part of his annual physical, triggered concern over his state of mental health following a recent 'Meet the Press' interview.

Rosie O'Donnell says 'something is very off' with Donald Trump

Rosie O'Donnell, 63, said in her TikTok video, "When are people going to start to realize how much he is in a cognitive decline, how he can’t form coherent thoughts or sentences?”

“He had a speech the other day, and he couldn’t say the word ‘anonymous.’ He was like, ‘It was a menon — menon — menominee…’ Something is very off with him,” she continued. "You know, there’s a 25th Amendment or — isn’t that what it is, when you can say our president is not with it enough anymore to be the leader of the free world? And aren’t we there? Aren’t we there?”

Notably, the 25th Amendment, which addresses presidential succession and disability, allows the vice president to take over as president if the sitting president is unwilling or unable to state that they're incapacitated.

O'Donnell went on to attack MAGA supporters, saying, "And the delusion is deep with his followers, I have to say. I don’t quite understand it. This rich man who is desecrating all that we hold sacred in the United States of America, and these people are still cheering for him."

"I mean, come on, everybody, everybody, get together. Willful blindness has to end. And pray for us, ‘cause we’re gonna need it,” she remarked.

Rosie O'Donnell mocked over her remarks about Donald Trump

One said, "The pot calling the porcelain black," and another wrote, "PEAK Irony."

A person remarked, "Honey, you’re the only delusional one," whereas someone else added, "That's You, Rosie. You are projecting again."

"Rosie O'Donnell is completely mindless and clueless. She lies on a massive scale," an individual declared.

One more asked, "Why is she still talking about Trump?" likely hinting at her move to Ireland. Another bluntly wrote, "You mean kinda like you were with Sleeppy Joe?"
